Getting Grounded –

If you’re forgetting things and bumping into things and dropping things today, your energy body is possibly not grounded.  Pay attention to your feet.  Breathe deeply and focus on your breath going in and out.  Go hug a tree or stand in a doorway and press your hands on the wood on both sides.  Be in the moment.  Carry a hematite in your pocket.  Do something to correct the  disconnect.  The earth is your energetic connection and the higher you connect with Spirit the deeper you need to be connected to Mother Earth to remain balanced, so send your roots down deep and allow all the beautiful energies of this world to keep you stable and safe.
