Troubles or Blessings?
There’s a Bible verse that states: “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” (Matthew 6:34 English Standard Version)
This planet has long been a place of duality where negativity was given space to be looked at and experienced. Hopefully, so that at some point, we would choose a better way. We were also given clues to the better way: give and it will be given – you will reap what you sow. When we were lower third dimensional beings we thought that applied to actions. Now we know it is much more significant. It applies to energy, first and foremost. It applies to your beliefs before anything else.
We are learning how important our words are, and the energetic strength those words have to create.
Are you still claiming and attracting things you don’t want? Do you still use phrases like: my bad back, my headache, my arthritis, my financial difficulties, my problems, my anxiousness, or my troubles?
You may have those things, but do you really want to energize them by owning them? Your belief in them gives them life and strength. Your belief in their reality is what causes them to multiply.
But we can alter the course of our lives by shifting that focus to gratitude and blessings.
Don’t you also have a multitude of blessings in your life as well? Is it time to update your gratitude list? At the very least it could begin with your ability to read and comprehend, which you are doing right now. The human mind is an amazing thing. We can change our thoughts and beliefs in a heartbeat when we want to, and it makes sense to do it.
If St. Matthew were writing in the energy that has evolved over the last 2,000 years maybe he would like this idea: Let today’s blessings be sufficient for the day, and trust that through God’s laws and Grace, more good is on it’s way.
Today I’m focusing on gratitude and blessings, and giving thanks that while I’m doing that, I’m also getting more.
